Our History

Founded in 2007, eydon SA is a Senegalese company operating in the hydrocarbon sector, primarily in the distribution of fuel and lubricants.

Composed of experienced and professional staff, most of whom come from multinational companies.

eydon SA joined the AXIAN group in January 2022 and mobilizes all resources involved in efficient oil distribution activities, including numerous services to meet the varied needs of different customer groups.

Malick Gueye, the new CEO of eydon SA, is continuing the development strategy initiated by his predecessor, Papa Moctar Sarr, following the acquisition of the company by the Axian Group.

With over 25 years of experience in the oil industry in Senegal and West Africa, Malick Gueye aims to position eydon as a benchmark for innovation and excellence in the oil distribution sector in Senegal.

eydon stands out in the market thanks to its strategic partnerships.

As Texaco’s exclusive representative in Senegal, the company distributes high-end engine lubricants worldwide, guaranteeing quality products that meet international standards.

In addition, eydon collaborates with Senelec, supplying oils for the Wärtsilä engines at the Bel Air plant, and has a partnership with Speedy for car maintenance at several stations. These collaborations demonstrate eydon’s commitment to combining global excellence and local expertise to provide sustainable and reliable solutions to its customers and institutions throughout the country.
